An international group of atmospheric experts and oceanographers, led by Gary Loeb of NASA's Langley Research Middle in Hampton, Va., and including Graeme Stephens of NASA's Jet Space Research laboratory in Pasadena, Calif., set out to examine the secret.
They used 10 decades of information -- 2001 to 2010 -- from NASA Langley's revolving about Atmosphere and the Global Glowing Energy System Research (CERES) equipment to measure changes in the net light stability at the top of Global environment.
